Problemas con VS 2010, framework 4 y Crystal Reports 2010. Ojalá todos fueran como éste.

Puedes solucionarlo añadiendo al app.config de tu proyecto de inicio:

        <supportedRuntime version=”v4.0″/>

</startup>
